Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

A great evening was enjoyed by all of us on our recent outing to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It’s always very heartening to see young people join us and on this occasion we had 3 under 16’s developing a love for live theatre as 2 of them have been with us on other outings. What a wonderful show it was, a great cast, with well remembered tunes we were singing along with and exciting sets. The car flying had to be seen as no description could do it justice with the special effects adding to the magic of it all. We also saw some of the eccentric inventions of Caractacus Potts such as his breakfast machine, sweetie maker and hair cutting machine working on stage. Thank you to the people of Rhynie for supporting my efforts to make theatre visits easier for us all.
